Home/AI readiness assessment
The first client deliverable
The Nerode AI Readiness Assessment reviews business priorities, current AI use, data, governance, risk, and operational capacity. The outcome is a prioritized 90-day roadmap—not an automatic recommendation to buy software.
What the client receives
01
A six-domain picture of current readiness, with evidence sources and unknowns clearly identified.
02
A small set of candidate workflows assessed for value, frequency, feasibility, data, risk, and oversight.
03
Preparation steps, accountable owners, prerequisites, and explicit decisions to pilot, revise, stop, or defer.
04
What was reviewed, what was reported, what remains unknown, and what lies outside the engagement.
Six connected domains
Thirty structured questions create a consistent starting point. Analyst judgment and workflow-specific gates turn that picture into a responsible recommendation.
01
Identify a business owner, a specific workflow, a baseline, and a measurable reason to change.
02
Map approved and unapproved AI tools, how they are used, and the processing terms that need review.
03
Review source quality, data sensitivity, access boundaries, and the information a proposed workflow actually needs.
04
Name decision owners, document acceptable use, and establish who can approve a pilot or stop it.
05
Define human review, vendor checks, action limits, evaluation criteria, and a usable manual fallback.
06
Consider training, capacity, support, change management, and how results will be measured.
The roadmap defines an order of work. If prerequisites are not met, the next step stays on hold.
DAYS 0–30
Clarify the workflow, measure the current process, review data and tools, name owners, and test the fallback.
DAYS 31–60
Only after approval and the required gates pass, evaluate the selected workflow against agreed quality, time, and risk thresholds.
DAYS 61–90
Use the evidence and total effort to retain, revise, stop, or continue deferring the work. Record the decision and owner.
The assessment is advisory. It is not a security audit, legal opinion, compliance certification, implementation engagement, or guarantee of savings.
